Linen for sofa bed is an additional cost. As you ascend to the second floor, a delightful living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining area invite you. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. Please note there is no allocated carparking provided with this property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building. Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement. City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
