This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Newly built 2-bedroom 2 bathroom 3-storey property next to Middleton Park is the perfect escape. Located in Upper Riccarton this property offers privacy and close access to the amenities Christchurch has to offer such as Westfield Riccarton, Eateries, Hagley Park and shopping. The property comes complete with x2 Queen Beds and 2 full bathrooms. A free allocated car park. Complete equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom w/ Bidet toilet and fast WIFI The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area to enjoy them. The living room is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities. Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor seating. Upstairs (1st floor) has bedroom with 1x Queen bed and full bathroom. The 2nd floor - has the Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity. Please note this is a 3-storey property - upper floors accessible via stairs only. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Should you have a vehicle there is one allocated parking space. If you have additional vehicles there's free on-street parking available outside the development, although it can get occupied during work hours, it usually opens up in the evenings. In the surrounding streets, you'll also find free parking options, ensuring you can easily find a spot nearby. Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service The property comes with 1 allocated carpark to use during your stay, complete with EV charger - Type 2. Please note cable is not provided and you will need to bring your own. Please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wharenui Road or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions. Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated. Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
