You will have complete access to this entire property during your stay with an easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, vehicular traffic, and sporadic sirens. The property is much quieter with the windows closed.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. An array of restaurants and eateries a short walk from the property - The Terraces, New Regent Street, Margaret Mahy Playground for the kids, Cashel Mall for the shopping and Turanga Library. Bus stops are within a short walking distance with plenty of Uber and taxi facilities also. If you are wanting to use the public bus system while travelling Christchurch we recommend downloading the Moovit app. 

This property does not come with a designated parking space, please use Colombo Street, Salisbury Street and other surrounding streets to park your vehicle. 

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning and this option is subject to availability.
