Enjoy dinner together with the fully equipped kitchen and 10 seater dining table, otherwise The Terrace and Riverside market is a 4 minute walk away.  

The only house in this development with an extra large 300L hot water cylinder, to ensure plenty of hot water for all guests.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, 55 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided. 

Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.

ENTRY:

Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Paid street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated onsite parking. There are pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.  
You have the option to hire a private car park with 24 hour access. This is located a 2 minute walk from the home and is provided at an extra cost of $12 per day for unlimited access during your stay.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.
