This ground floor apartment with 1x private carpark is a great base for exploring Christchurch. With 2 bedrooms - Offering a Queen bed in 1 bedroom and x2 King Single beds in the 2nd bedroom - Comfortably sleeping 4 Guests, but with the flexibility to have a 5th Guest with the Sofa bed located in the living area. Please note Sofa bed linen is an additional cost. Open plan Kitchen, Living and dining area opening out to the courtyard via the ranch slider to enjoy the courtyard, complete with Basketball hoop. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
