Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious 3 storey townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch. Our home is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer. If you need to visit the hospital to see loved ones, our home is in a prime location for easy access. This 3 storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. The sofa bed is located in the living area of the property and can sleep 1 or 2 guests - sofa bed linen is an additional charge. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals together. In the courtyard you will find an outdoor table big enough to accommodate 6 to enjoy summer evening meals outside. The property also comes with a Portacot, High chair and stair gate to utilise throughout your stay so if you are travelling with little ones there is no need to worry about bringing these items with you. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
