Heading up the stairs to the open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen and balcony. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for meals in or explore local bars and eateries. Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find the Master Bedroom with Queen bed and 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed. Both bathroom and separate toilet located on 3rd floor. Sofa bed is available in the living area - linen is an additional charge. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
