This 3 storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. The living room also has a portable trundler bed to accommodate the 5th guest - sofa bed linen is an additional cost.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only. There is a car parking building located at the end of the street - Tu Waka Waipapa - on the corner of St Asaph Street and Hagley Ave.
