This 2 storey townhouse has the following layout - Ground floor is the Kitchen, living and dining areas leading out to the back courtyard, 1st floor contains 1x full sized bathroom and 1x full bedroom with Queen bed along with the dedicated Office area/Study nook - Fibre is provided in the property for use during your stay. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Carpark comes with an EV charger for Type 2 - please note a cable is not provided so you will need to bring your own should you wish to use the charger station City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
